North Texas sits at a sweet spot for the logistics industry: plenty of sunshine and good weather, center of the U.S. location and home to a robust network of rail and highways. Add that to our strong, diverse manufacturing industry and you’ve got the making of a strong regional asset.
The Winter/Spring 2015 issue of NTX Magazine: A Profile of the Dallas/Fort Worth Region began hitting mailboxes last week. This glossy, colorful magazine tells the story of our region’s logistics industry from air cargo at DFW International Airport to the education pipeline at The University of Texas at Arlington and University of North Texas to the story of BNSF Railway, a major powerhouse in the country’s logistics footprint. NTX also examines the logistics of moving people with the High Speed Rail that connects North Texas with Houston.
NTX Magazine also illustrates the heart of logistics, specifically the steps and coordination involved with organ donation and giving a local grandfather a healthy heart. And, we showcase the innovators of Makerspace.
The magazine is distributed to Fortune 1,000 CEOs, global business leaders and elected officials as well as through the DFW Airport American Airlines Admirals Clubs.
