Event Recap: 47th Annual Members’ Luncheon

Featuring Doug Parker, American Airlines Group, Inc. and Mitchell Schnurman, Dallas Morning News

The North Texas Commission closed out the year with its 47th Annual Members’ Luncheon, a gathering of regional leaders from across North Texas. This year featured a conversation between Doug Parker, American Airlines Group, Inc. Chairman & CEO, and Dallas Morning News business columnist Mitchell Schnurman.

The morning started with a special showcase and reception, hosted by UT Southwestern Medical Center, followed by a kickoff from outgoing NTC Chairman, Chuck Allen of American Airlines, our presenting sponsor for this event.

Chris Wallace, President & CEO of the North Texas Commission spoke on the vision of the NTC and strategies for the upcoming 86th legislative session. The luncheon ended in welcoming 2018-2019 Board Chair Scott Orr of Fidelity Investments.

We look forward to another successful year under Scott Orr and the incoming NTC Board’s leadership, and thank all of our members and guests for attending.
